Have your cake and eat it with our delicious Red Wine Mug Cake that is so simple and so
satisfying.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter
4 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
2 tablespoons dark cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch salt
1 1/2 tablespoons Namaqua Sweet Red wine
1 1/2 tablespoons milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons chocolate chips
Method:
Add butter to a mug. Microwave on high for 30-40 seconds, until melted; remove mug from
microwave. Add all the ingredients to the mug, and stir to combine. Microwave on high for
70 seconds, and then remove mug from oven.
