Our appointed tasting hosts are ready to guide you through the various tasting options. Not only are they equipped with knowledge and skills for you to get the maximum enjoyment out of our wines, but they also have a passion and appreciation for the entire journey from vine to wine /grape to glass.
Come join us at our West Coast haven and share the delight of our wines set against the backdrop of the Maskam Mountains.
FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS
Great wine can be enhanced by two things: good company and excellent food. At our Namaqua Tasting Room, we offer you all three to ensure the best possible wine experience.
As we follow the seasons and local produce, our food and wine pairing menu alters to include a variety of ingredients. Using provisions from our regional harvests not only supports the local industry, but also lowers our environmental impact.
However, there are two speciality/favourite pairings we always have on hand:
- Wine and biltong pairing
- Wine and Lindt chocolate pairing
Five different Namaqua wines matched to five carefully chosen chocolates or biltong. These thoughtfully curated tastings enhance the aromas and flavour profiles of each wine.
As we pride ourselves in being a family-welcoming establishment, we also offer children a Kids Pairing option which includes grape juice and Jellytot sweets!
West Coast Wedding Venue
Die Keldery is always ready to be transformed into a beautiful West Coast wedding venue. The floor-to-ceiling glass doors provide romantic natural light and offer the guests a magnificent view of the Maskam Mountains as they stand guard around our vineyards.
The restaurant comfortably seats 120 people but can host 180 pax when using Die Keldery’s Bedouin tent. We offer the use of the entire property on your wedding day to ensure you find the perfect spot for a breathtaking ceremony. Our creative team will work closely with you so that this significant milestone is lovingly remembered.

Special Occasions
Die Keldery was designed with functions and events in mind. This venue is a versatile space that our team can modify to make sure it serves your occasion perfectly. It comfortably hosts and caters for 120 pax inside or 180 pax when using the Bedouin tent outside. Furthermore, Die Keldery has all the necessary sound equipment and dance floor requirements to ensure the event embodies your unique style.
